Haven't posted in a while (not like anybody keeps reminding me of that fact...). Had a lovely play date this morning with friends of ours, Tricia and Olivia, at the park where we met. It was a bit breezy for little hands but it was refreshing to be outside. We had to have a picture of the four of us for the scrapbook.
Yesterday Mia wore the little dress that I made her way back when and, once again, we were smothered in compliments. The Mum across the street told me that it looked just like a $80 dress from some designer in Florida! I'm thinking I ought to go into business... Certainly put my already enthusiastic sewing bug into high gear. I've been digging through all my patterns and ordering new ones so that I can whip up Mia's spring and summer wardrobe. I have all these great ideas and discovered the world of Japanese import fabrics... There are so many great quilting cottons out there too... Yummy! Now all I need to do is cease surfing the web and begin pushing the fabric through. My current excuse being that Mummy has the foot pedal for the serger...
Some other pictures too so that Nikolas is included and it's not thought of that I only have one child!
Nikolas and Mia had a tea party this weekend. You should have seen what was being served; hot peppers, steak, it was quite the feast!
Don't you wish you had a sister or brother like this to boss you around!?!
