This morning I forsake the gym for a nobler good; we took Mizzy Moo to the hair salon and had her hair(s) cut. About time! We dispensed with the shag dog look and turned her into the little princess she imagines herself to be. I had been scanning through old pictures, looking for what, I don't remember and probably didn't find, and came across one with her bob-do. Shorter hair is much more flattering on her long little face. So back to short it is! Doesn't she look smashing with her heart lollipop?
Monday was a school holiday and rather than sit around the house and listen to my two bicker I decided to take them out. The weather was supposed to warm(er) so what better thing to do than go for a little hike with good ol' caching thrown in there? And what better thing to top that off with than a picnic? AND, even better is having friends accompany you on the adventure! Yup. Well... The weather didn't quite cooperate with our careful laid out plans. It's a good thing Loreen and her boys are crazy like us! It was a tad chilly. And a tad windy. But we found two caches! And got some (very) fresh air to remove the winter cobwebs. Even little 8 month old JKers was a good sport about the who affair! Mizzy Moo was not so keen, however. She was content to just sit in the jogging stroller clutching all the cache stash goodies that her dotting big brother delivered to her.
I had to post this picture too... That little window between the ceiling and the banister is where both kidlets LOVE to stick their smiley little faces and converse with us.
