Core'dinations is sharing St Patrick's day projects on the blog and I have a layout from yesterday and a card today to share.
First up, the layout;
I LOVE the 110 lb cardstock by Core'dinations! It is not only perfect for stamping but for using my Gelatos to create a rainbow wash backdrop.
Oh! the joys of a Cameo!! I LOVE the ability to use the same cut fall in all shapes and sizes! Another rainbow of color.
If you don't already own this shamrock embossing folder, I highly recomment it! It is ESSENTIAL for St Patrick's day cards and layouts. Especially when paired with Crabgrass green, my favorite Core'dinations essentials cardstock color!
Just a touch of Black Magic cardstock to bring some contrast to the rainbow with the requiste green and orange.
A trio of four leaved clovers must be super lucky, if one brings good luck!
You wouldn't know unless you looked up close but the Black Magic cardstock from Core'dinations has a green core thus the subtle flash of color at the card's black edge.
The left hand side clover (with the Twinery twine wrapped around the stem) is actually the cut that I removed from the Black Magic thus creating the center "shadow" clover. This cut file originially had a heart in the center that I replace with the clover. Dead simple card to create yet so full of pizazz, don't you think?
Thanks for stopping today for some St Patrick's day inspiration! Have you created anything yet? I'd love a link up and see what you've created!
