Through a series of clicks, I came across this fantastic site called Scrapbooking From the Inside Out. It has, honestly, changed me. It has shed a new light on scrapping for me. The pages I have completed in the past few days are not only about the events themselves but my feelings, emotions, responses to those events. It is me. Not just an action. Empowering, enlightening. Pretty darn cool...
There is an online crop going on for the next few days that co-incides with a live crop that the group is hosting. A sketch challenge was put out and here is my take. You know my affinity for sketches, I couldn't resist.
I used my October 2011 Trio kit from 3ScrappyBoys to create it. The only addition is the American Craft Thickers for the title. The Pink Paislee wood letters were just TOO big for this layout.
This picture was taken at Cedar Breaks this summer. We got up early one morning to see the sunrise over Cedar Breaks. Only to discover that sunset is the time be here! It was still a beautiful experience. Anything with Michael is a beautiful experience for me. We were fortunate to be able to get away for a few days and leave the kids with Grandma and Grandpa, a rare treat for us.
