I took the opportunity to scrap a more recent event using the latest Sketchbook 365 sketch. Mia's visit to see the man in red! We were at Christmas Town waiting for the other half of our party to arrive at the park and took advantage of the short que to visit with Santa. Fortunately for me, the cameras were out of commission thus enabling me to be in commission! I will say those studio lights are a pain to over come, however...
And what would a layout share be without a few close ups!
I bought the tulle on a whim from Michaels on a recent trip. I don't really know why I bother stopping in anymore. I rarely buy anything, there isn't anything worth buying... But I'm glad I made this purchase! The sparkle looks great. Looks great on the carpet too... Not so great trying to remove from said carpet...
The tree is another cut file using my Silhouette. I believe it's from the Studio Calico "25 Days" class. I paid for it not with the intent of actually making a December Daily (after 4 epic fails, why bother?) but for the printables and cut files! I got my money's worth!
There's a digital element in there from The Splendidly Imperfect Miss M. You can just see it peeking out on the right edge of the picture above. Good stuff! Guess that makes this a bit of a hybrid layout then, eh?
Still haven't done the Chrissy card... I spent an hour making winter bingo cards for Mia's holiday party instead of forking over the $7 to buy some that somebody else made... Stubborn? Nah!!
Stunning page - love the way you used the sketch. TFS x

These look brilliant against that background - visually stunning. Glad am I not the only one who hasn't done their cards yet!

Love the color scheme! The dark background works so great with the vibrant green. Great take on the challenge!
