Hello there! Suzanna here sharing my first post for Craftwell! What an honor it is to be posting and that you could join me! Today I have a layout to share with you created using my Craftwell Cut'n'Boss some Teresa Collins embossing folders and her Lifestyle Collection of 12 pocket dies.
The base of my layout was created by running some Core'dinations Chalkboard cardstock through the Cut'n'Boss in the Snapshots embossing folder and then sanding the bottom row of cameras with my Sand It Gadget. One of the many unique features of the Cut'n'Boss is that it's wide! Teresa's folders are larger than usual and allow you to run a whole sheet of letter sized paper through the machine. You don't have to do any cranking either! Just build your "sandwich" and the machine will do all the work for you. Just wait at the other end and you have a gorgeously embossed masterpiece - full size! Can you hear my excitment?
Another great folder, Brocade, from Teresa Collins, makes for a great textured background without having to do any work. Just insert into the Cut'N'Boss and enjoy the results! Here you can also see two of the shapes from the Lifestyle Collection; the outlined heart (cut using Vintage Core'dinations) and the black glittery heart (cut using Glitter Silk Core'dinations).
Here's a closer look at the embossed and sanded camera's from the Snapshots embossing folder on Core'dinations Chalkboard cardstock.
The Cut'N'Boss really makes scrapping and crafting so easy and so much fun! I have always really loved the textured looks of people's layouts and wanted something easy to do for a similar look. My scrappy area is carpeted so messing with paints and stencils just isn't feasible. With the larger folders and electronic machine, you can create a similar texture without all the mess!

Hi I understand there is an updated version of the cut n boss due in November does it have a reverse button? What other differences are there between the new and the old?
Thanks
