At The End of The Day / The Project Bin

Time for another card share with A Way With Words by The Project Bin!

 

I went for a bit of play with this card!

Lately, with Michael being out of town as often has he has, I have looked forward to the end of the day. The end of the day when the kids are in bed and I get to sit and enjoy my glass of wine in peace and quiet! I have good kids, I truly do, I'm not just saying that because I am their Mum. But once 2:30pm strikes and Mia comes flying through the front door, it's not long there after that things get hectic between homework, swimming without a carpool for one, a middle school bus that isn't reliable and the need to provide nourishment and sustenance to hungry, growing kids that have just spent 1.5-2 hours in the pool with limited time at home between trips to the pool. Doesn't just reading that sentence make you want a glass of your own?!

The main background of the card, the three embossed wine glasses, was created using a Darice embossing folder. I then went in and hand colored the wine and some shading for increased color with my Peerless watercolors. A little Wink of Stella adds to the sparkle, though, it's not sparkling wine!

The sentiment of the card is another A Way With Words by The Project Bin beauty! Simply stated and simply embossed. This sentiment comes for the same set that I used last week, Awesome Sauce.
