Hi there! Sorry the brief hiatus... We were gone for Spring Break which wasn't really a vacation (four day swim meet with prelims and finals) and I needed the week to pull my shattered wits back together! Today I have another layout that I created with The Project Bin clear acrylic stamps to share with you! I'm not really a card gal and I want my creations to have purpose, hence the layouts.
I combined an oldie but goodie Carta Bella collection with some Teresa Collins' goodies with the stamp from The Project Bin. The stamp is one from the Fun is Good set, probably my favorite and most used of the stamp sets so far. As this layout creation process went, I chose the pictures to go with the sentiment. I knew I needed funny pictures and knew these would be ideal!
I just love these stamps!! They stamps crisp and clear every single time. I usually stamp on a scrap piece of paper to make sure that I've inked up the stamp properly, that the image will be clean, etc. Not necessary with these. I stamped directly to the cardstock and bam! Happiness in one stamp! Gotta love that!
Those pictures crack me up!! Silly boy! I think PhotoBooth provides hours of entertain for Nikolas. I know several of his profile pics use elongated, distorted pictures, and now I know how he created them. He was sitting the kitchen counter in our rental house last week, eating lunch and playing on his mini. I walked up behind him to check out what he was doing to find these crazy images of myself reflected back at me! Fun times with your teenage son! Good memories! And thanks to The Project Bin, I have the perfect sentiment to match the moment!
